  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 48 hours after treatment. Always apply a high SPF (30–50) when the treated area is exposed to sunlight.
  • Do not apply perfumed products, deodorant, fake tan, or harsh skincare products on the treated area for 24–48 hours.
  • Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers for 24–48 hours, as heat can irritate the skin.
  • Refrain from exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating for 24 hours after treatment.
  • Do not wax, pluck, or thread the treated hair between sessions. Shaving is the only recommended method if hair removal is needed.
  • Avoid exfoliating products, scrubs, or active ingredients such as retinol or acids on the treated area for 3–5 days.
  • Mild redness or sensitivity may occur after treatment. You can apply aloe vera gel or a soothing cream to calm the skin if needed.
  • Hair in the treated area may begin to shed naturally over the next 1–3 weeks. This is normal and part of the treatment process.
